The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) has announced that there will be no scheduled closures for freeway improvement projects in the Phoenix area over the weekend of April 18-21, 2025. According to ADOT, this weekend is free of both closures and complications, with no added challenges for travelers.

ADOT advises drivers to remain vigilant and exercise caution in all work zones, aligning with the values exemplified by National Work Zone Awareness Week starting next week. ADOT urges, "Slow down and stay alert in all work zones. Respect the Zone So We All Get Home."

Travelers can access the Weekend Travel Advisory map in PDF format or visit ADOT's website for detailed information on any restrictions. ADOT also encourages the public to engage with them on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, or through the ADOT blog for more updates.

For comprehensive travel information, individuals are directed to visit azdot.gov.
