The students of the South Carolina Governor’s School for Science & Mathematics (GSSM) received significant recognition at the 2025 South Carolina Junior Academy of Science (SCJAS) Annual Meeting. This event took place on April 5 at Coastal Carolina University.
GSSM announced that six of its students were awarded for their exceptional research presentations and papers. SCJAS provides a platform for some of the state’s talented middle and high school students to present and exhibit their innovative scientific research.
The students from GSSM distinguished themselves with remarkable contributions in various scientific fields, including artificial intelligence and environmental science.
