Rep. Eli Crane, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Arizona's 2nd district since 2023, has recently expressed his views on social media regarding judicial actions he perceives as partisan. His comments center around the judiciary's treatment of former President Trump and call for congressional intervention.

On March 20, 2025, Rep. Crane tweeted his concerns about what he describes as "activist judges" using their positions to impede President Trump for political reasons. He stated, "...and the activist judges are very clearly abusing this system to jam up President Trump for partisan purposes. They know they have time on their side. It's wrong. If the Supreme Court refuses to step in, Congress should. We have the authority for a reason."

Later that day, at 16:11 UTC, Rep. Crane reiterated his support for Trump by posting another tweet stating, "I stand with President Trump. The activist judges are out of control."

Shortly thereafter, at 16:18 UTC, he further elaborated on his stance through a tweet mentioning a podcast appearance where he discussed the issue in more detail: "Activist judges are trying to deny the American people of the agenda they voted for. Congress has the authority to step in and we should. Otherwise these overly empowered activist judges will keep abusing their power for partisan purposes." This statement was made during an episode of "@Bannons_WarRoom."
