Turner Padget has announced the addition of two new lawyers to their team. Sharon Bramlett joins as a Columbia-based shareholder, while Dylan Crowley becomes an associate, dividing his time between the firm's Columbia and Florence offices. Both will serve clients across South Carolina in commercial real estate and financing transactions.

Sharon Bramlett brings with her 40 years of experience in banking and finance, commercial real estate transactions, and consumer financial services regulation. She has represented various parties including purchasers, sellers, and lenders in diverse real estate dealings such as manufacturing facilities, medical office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, manufactured housing parks among others. Her expertise covers all aspects of financing transactions from simple to complex arrangements involving asset-based lending, conventional commercial lending, factoring lines of credit, participations securitizations as well as construction lending. Additionally, she provides advice on commercial leasing transactions.

Dylan Crowley offers counsel in commercial real estate matters advising buyers sellers lenders while also serving as local counsel in intricate real estate issues. His background includes construction lending portfolio sales sale leaseback transactions concerning different types of commercial properties.
