He highlighted discoveries made with the help of Elon Musk and DOGE regarding wasteful expenditures. According to him, "$300M of SBA loans to people over 114-years-old" and "$240M for 'Transgender Animal Testing'" were among the instances of what he described as Washington's misuse of taxpayer dollars.
Later that day at 16:25 UTC, Rep. Crane reflected on his meeting with students from Payson, Arizona who visited Washington D.C. He noted that they had a "wide-ranging discussion about what it’s like to serve in Congress and how to engage in policy and advocacy."

Crane thanked Speaker Curley for facilitating discussions with members of the Navajo Nation Council regarding an important water settlement agreement involving Navajo, Hopi, and San Juan Southern Paiute tribes.
