Eli Crane, a U.S. Congressman representing Arizona's 2nd district since 2023, shared several opinions and observations through his social media posts on March 4, 2025. His remarks addressed various topics including border security and environmental policies.

On March 4, 2025, Crane discussed border encounters in the United States. He highlighted data comparing February 2024 and February 2025, stating that "U.S. Border Encounters: February 2024 - 189,913 February 2025 - 8,326." He credited former President Trump for reducing border crossings by "95% in February despite no comprehensive legislation from Congress," while criticizing what he termed as the "Senate Border Bill" hoax pushed by Democrats and corporate media as being "entirely debunked." Later that day, Crane expressed concerns about the impact of the Endangered Species Act on ranchers. According to him, "The Endangered Species Act allows wolves to terrorize the ranching community." He also criticized Biden-era guideline changes which he believes make it difficult to confirm wolf kills and receive compensation. He argued that priority should be given to ranchers rather than bureaucrats who "keep moving the goal posts." Link to tweet

In another post made on March 4, Crane voiced his disapproval of current immigration policies under President Biden. He accused these policies of allowing millions of illegal immigrants into the nation, including those with criminal backgrounds such as murderers and gang members. He contrasted this with former President Trump's approach which he claims ended open borders policy. Crane directed a message towards the Democrat Party saying their policies are ineffective and have lost public trust. Link to tweet
