Temple & Hogsette Law Group has recognized ten first responders at the annual "First Responders of the Year" ceremony at the South Carolina Statehouse. This event highlights the efforts of deputies, police officers, firefighters, game wardens, airport security personnel, and troopers from Troop 5 serving Florence County. For 15 years, Temple & Hogsette Law Group has honored these individuals for their dedication to public service.

The ceremony was initially established by late Florence Senator Hugh Leatherman and is now hosted by Representatives Wallace H. "Jay" Jordan and Phillip D. Lowe, along with Senator Mike Reichenbach. Each honoree was chosen by their supervisor after a thorough evaluation process that considered their service to Florence County's safety and well-being.

Temple & Hogsette Law Group acknowledges these first responders for their courage and commitment to their community.
