D.R. Horton Homes has officially opened its latest housing development, The Bluffs at Mill Creek, located between Howe Springs Road and S. Irby St. The company plans to construct 300 homes in this new community.
The development will feature a variety of homes ranging from three to five bedrooms, designed with comfort and tranquility as key elements. Prospective homeowners can expect modern finishes and smart home features across the different floor plans available.
