Rep. Eli Crane, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Arizona's 2nd district since 2023, recently shared his perspectives on various political issues through a series of tweets. The congressman, who succeeded Tom O'Halleran, expressed his views on topics ranging from Democratic strategies to federal government roles.

On February 7, 2025, Rep. Crane tweeted about what he perceives as Democrats' reaction to being "exposed" and "cut off." He stated: "This is spot on. Democrats are mad because they’re finally being exposed (and cut off). So they are desperately spreading insane conspiracy theories to scare their voters."

In another tweet posted later that day, Crane addressed concerns about investments in infrastructure projects abroad. He warned constituents to be cautious about such initiatives possibly supporting terror activities in Gaza: "The next time your representative tells you they support 'critical infrastructure projects' or 'saving money by investing in soft power abroad,' be sure to confirm they aren’t talking about terror tunnels in Gaza. America shouldn’t invest in the terror tunnel industrial complex."

Further expressing his skepticism towards certain governmental roles, Rep. Crane tweeted: "Call me crazy, but I just don't think that's the proper role of the federal government." This statement reflects his stance on limiting federal government involvement.
