FOIA Request to Pinal County Elections Department Regarding Upcoming Election Candidates on February 5, 2025.
We at Pinal Today have sent a formal request to the Pinal County Elections Department for information regarding candidates running in the upcoming spring election. The request was made under the Arizona Public Records Law § 39.101 et seq., and we have expressed our preference for an electronic format of the data.
The specific details requested include each candidate's first, middle, and last names, as well as the office they are running for and its jurisdiction. We have also asked for information about each candidate's party affiliation.
In addition to these details, we have requested contact information for all candidates. This includes their address, phone number, and email address.
