Rep. Eli Crane, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Arizona's 2nd district since 2023, shared insights from his recent activities and policy perspectives through a series of tweets on January 30, 2025.
On January 30, Rep. Crane reflected on his interactions with local leaders in Arizona. He mentioned, "Yesterday, I enjoyed meeting with Wickenburg Mayor Bratcher. Later on, I had the opportunity to sit down with Yavapai County Supervisors Brooks Compton and Chris Kuknyo. Being out and about in the district is so much better than being in DC."
In another tweet posted later that day, Rep. Crane discussed a legislative strategy aimed at advancing policy goals efficiently. He stated, "A two-step reconciliation process allows us to bank early wins for @POTUS and keep the momentum going. This plan would also expedite funding for Tom Homan to combat traffickers and criminals. We owe it to the American people to deliver immediate results and mitigate delays."
Further emphasizing his focus on national security and economic growth, Rep. Crane tweeted about his visit to a copper mine in Bagdad, Arizona: "Today, I visited @FM_FCX's copper mine in Bagdad, AZ. By expanding American mineral extraction, we decrease our reliance on foreign adversaries, bolster national security, and spur economic growth."
