Rep. Eli Crane, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Arizona’s 2nd district, has recently shared a series of tweets addressing various issues. Rep. Crane replaced Tom O'Halleran in 2023 and has been active in voicing his opinions on matters concerning national security and recognition of individuals for their actions.

On December 11, 2024, Rep. Crane expressed gratitude towards fellow representatives for supporting his resolution to award Daniel Penny the Congressional Gold Medal. He stated, "Thanks to @RepDesposito, @Rep_Davidson, & @RepBurgessOwens for signing on as cosponsors to my resolution to award Daniel Penny the Congressional Gold Medal." He praised Mr. Penny for defying a "corrupt system" and standing up courageously for others.

Later that day, at 19:48 UTC, Rep. Crane posted a tweet containing links without additional commentary or context: "https://t.co/bni7svNVx5https://t.co/XFV9fc4aeM".

In another tweet posted at 19:59 UTC on December 11, Rep. Crane criticized the FBI's budget allocation and its inability to address drone threats effectively. He wrote, "The @FBI has a budget of $11 billion, yet they only spend $500K on counter-drone tech." He further condemned their failure to identify drones over New Jersey and New York as disgraceful given their focus on American liberties.
