There were 57 American Indian or Alaskan Native students enrolled in Stanfield Elementary District schools in the 2022-23 school year, 3.6% more than the previous year, according to the Arizona Department of Education.

Data showed that Stanfield Elementary District welcomed 397 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, American Indian or Alaskan Native students comprised 14.4% of the student body to be the least represented ethnicity in the district.
