NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT at a Regular Meeting of the Town of Florence Town Council, to be held in the Council Chambers, 775 North Main Street, Florence, Arizona, on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., it is the Council’s intention to hold a public hearing and discuss the increase to utility rates and fees. This item will appear on the Public Hearings and Presentation portion of the Council agenda to allow an opportunity for public comment.
The 2022 Water and Wastewater Rates Study and Financial Forecast is posted on the Town of Florence website at www.florenceaz.gov , under Public Notices along with this Notice of Intention.
