PAD22-13 The purpose of this rezoning application is to request a modification to the existing zoning from Light Industry & Warehouse (CI-1) to Planned Area Development (PAD) in order to obtain the proper entitlement to permit the development of a high-density residential use with three types of multi-family products that include Family Workforce Housing (Overland Apartments), Senior Housing (Waterman Senior Apartments) and Market Rate Apartments (Butterfield Commons). The subject property (APN: 510-25-009S) is optimally located adjacent to the Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway and Amtrak’s Maricopa Station.
