Mary Lou Hernandez, Executive Assistant to the CAC President & Governing Board has been chosen to receive the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT) 2022 Pacific Regional Professional Board Staff Member Award.
Hernandez will receive the award during the 53rd Annual ACCT Leadership Congress, which will take place in New York City, New York on October 26-29, 2022.
The Professional Board Staff Member Award was first awarded by ACCT in 2001 and is presented to any board staff member of an ACCT member two-year post-secondary institution.
Hernandez, who has been employed with CAC since 2005 is recognized for providing exemplary service to the CAC Governing Board.
Additionally, as the Regional Award Recipient, Hernandez will be automatically considered for the prestigious Association Professional Board Staff Member Award.
Hernandez stated, “I am honored to have been nominated and chosen for this prestigious award.”
