New affordable homes will be soon be added to the landscape of Eloy.
According to The Eloy Enterprise, Keller Williams is opening a new realty office in Eloy, which will help Century Complete Homes work on new communities in the city. Eloy Mayor Micah Powel believes that these new developments will greatly benefit the city and its residents.
“Many steps are necessary to get to the finish line, but I am very confident that as a public and private team, we will soon be building homes that are effective, affordable and that will stand the test of time," Powel said in his February State of the City address.
Andrew Rodriguez, executive director of the Eloy Chamber of Commerce, said the projects will do major things for both the city and the residents.
“We want to have certain companies here in town, but we don’t have the (housing) to support them, so this is very important,” Andrew Rodriguez executive director of the Eloy Chamber of Commerce said, according to Eloy Enterprise. “We want these companies here, but they look at everything, so a lot of that comes into play when companies want to open here in Eloy.”
