Of the 214 people living in Lower Santan Village CDP in 2019, 44.9 percent (96) were women and 55.1 percent (118) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Pinal Today.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 77-to-40. All nine individuals in the 65 and over age range were men.
