Wendy Rogers, a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 representing the state’s 7th Senate District, posted a series of tweets on August 22, 2025, expressing support for Second Amendment rights and referencing former President Donald Trump.

At 18:12 UTC on the same day, Rogers quoted former President Trump in a tweet: “Trump: “I’m a 2nd Amendment person.” https://t.co/G2POm3eIk5”.

Rogers has been an active voice on social media regarding gun rights. Her comments come amid ongoing national debates about Second Amendment protections and related legislative efforts.
