Wendy Rogers, a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 representing the state’s 7th Senate District, posted a series of comments on her X (formerly Twitter) account on January 5 and 6, 2026.
On January 5, Rogers shared a brief message with a link, stating: “Busted! https://t.co/XaRvD0WUsh”.
Later that evening, she posted another update referencing an adjustment to an individual’s military retirement benefits: “Hegseth said that the Department of War had initiated an adjustment to Kelly’s retirement grade, resulting in a reduction of his pension, pending an appeal. https://t.co/9vrlQ1JOrN”.
On January 6, Rogers added commentary critiquing what appears to be self-centered behavior: “I, I, I. Me, me, me. Sickening. https://t.co/FwmOPtWq2n”.
Rogers succeeded Theresa Hatathlie as state senator for Arizona’s 7th Senate District after winning election in 2023.
