Wendy Rogers, a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 representing the state’s 7th Senate District, posted a series of tweets on October 1, 2025, sharing personal anecdotes and political commentary.
In one post from October 1, Rogers recounted time spent with her family: “I unplug for 2 1/2 hours to go to dinner with family and come back to these hilarious memes. We just can’t get enough.”
Shortly after, she shared another message expressing her stance on abortion: “#ProLife” (October 1).
Later that morning, Rogers commented on a public figure’s language skills: “He can’t even speak proper English. Hakeem should’ve said, ‘… hand Leader Schumer and ME the Trump 2028 hat.'” (October 1).
Rogers began serving as state senator after winning election in November 2023. She succeeded Theresa Hatathlie as the representative for Arizona’s 7th Senate District.
