Wendy Rogers, an Arizona State Senator representing the 7th Senate District, shared a series of personal reflections and commentary on her social media account on November 8, 2025.

In a post from that day, Rogers recounted a memory from her past: “Sad. I remember when I first happened to see a Wendy’s in Columbus OH in 1974. Completely and utterly astonished to see my name as a restaurant! Told my friend to stop the car! Let’s take a picture with my Kodak Instamatic. Patrons eating inside thought we were a little crazy.” (November 8, 2025)

Later the same day, she commented on military legal professionals: “I’m telling you… military JAGs, especially Air Force JAGs are not to be trifled with.” (November 8, 2025)

Rogers also issued a clarification regarding an individual named Wartenberg: “Correction: Wartenberg’s military career began in 1994.” (November 8, 2025)

Rogers was elected as a Republican to the Arizona State Senate in 2023, succeeding Theresa Hatathlie as the representative for the state’s 7th Senate District.
