Wendy Rogers, a Republican serving as Arizona State Senator for the 7th District since 2023, posted several remarks on her Twitter account on January 5, 2026.

In another tweet published in the afternoon, Rogers addressed an individual named Timmy and referenced a statement from Walz regarding criminal activity in the state. She wrote: “If Timmy thinks he’s off the hook, he is sadly mistaken…

‘Walz said on Monday that ‘for the last several years, an organized group of criminals [including Timmy himself?] has sought to take advantage of our state’s generosity.’” https://t.co/PMC8OEihJU” (January 5, 2026).

Rogers was elected to represent Arizona’s 7th Senate District in 2023 after succeeding former state senator Theresa Hatathlie.
