Wendy Rogers, a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 representing the state’s 7th Senate District, recently posted a series of tweets referencing battle theaters and historical oppression.
On April 5, 2026, Rogers wrote, “Coming Soon to a [battle] theatre near you.” Shortly after, she followed up with another post stating, “And the MOST CONSEQUENTIAL.” In her third tweet that day, Rogers commented on European history: “Romania clearly remembers what oppression is.”
Rogers began serving as state senator for Arizona’s 7th district in 2023 after succeeding Theresa Hatathlie. Her recent posts appear to reference both contemporary geopolitical tensions and historical experiences of Eastern European countries.
