Wendy Rogers, a Republican member of the Arizona State Senate representing the 7th District since 2023, posted a series of statements on her social media account on December 3, 2025.

In one post, Rogers wrote: “Elegantly stated. FULLY AGREE.” (December 3, 2025). In another tweet published shortly after, she said: “Court-martial ‘Captain’ Benedict Kelly.” (December 3, 2025). Later that day, Rogers shared a commentary on military tactics: ‘”This is the standard US playbook: overwhelm sensors, isolate command structures, neutralize air defenses, and shape the battlespace without committing forces to a long ground fight.”‘ (December 3, 2025).

Rogers was elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 to represent the state’s 7th Senate District. She succeeded Theresa Hatathlie in this role.
