Wendy Rogers, a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 to represent the state’s 7th Senate District, posted a series of messages on her social media account on October 1, 2025.

In her first post at 05:25 UTC, Rogers wrote: “Anchors aweigh! https://t.co/86rY2vGVgi”.

A few minutes later, at 05:32 UTC, she shared another message containing only emojis: ” https://t.co/Nhk9vDyRB9″.

Her final tweet in this sequence was posted at 05:38 UTC and stated: “The long arm of the Trump Troll! https://t.co/T5aT6aDvds”.

Rogers succeeded Theresa Hatathlie as state senator for Arizona’s 7th district following her election in 2023.
