Wendy Rogers, a Republican member of the Arizona State Senate representing the 7th District since 2023, recently posted a series of messages on her X (formerly Twitter) account expressing personal reflections and commentary.
On October 7, 2025, Rogers wrote, “Not realizing it perhaps at the time, but I believe I VOTED FOR THIS! https://t.co/IesarDIoId”. Moments later, she followed up with another post: “YOU HAD YOUR CHANCE, JOSE. https://t.co/74HCZCAc93”. In a subsequent tweet the same evening, Rogers added, “Here we go… https://t.co/qKsF94UdtM”.
Rogers was elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 and succeeded Theresa Hatathlie in representing the state’s 7th Senate District.
