Wendy Rogers, a Republican member of the Arizona State Senate representing the 7th Senate District since 2023, posted a series of messages on her social media account on January 11, 2026.

In her first post at 04:05 UTC, Rogers wrote: “Human shields. Child endangerment.”

Later that morning at 04:24 UTC, she followed up with another statement: “It won’t be long now.”

In a third message posted at 16:36 UTC the same day, Rogers added: “Do it soon, Cooba!”

Rogers was elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 and succeeded Theresa Hatathlie as representative for the state’s 7th Senate District.
