Wendy Rogers, a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 to represent the state’s 7th Senate District, posted a series of messages on her social media account on March 27, 2026.

Shortly after, she added another message: “Tenacity. LEGEND. #2A Shall not be infringed! https://t.co/sdH4WYtg2f” (March 27, 2026).
Later that day, Rogers addressed tax filing concerns in Arizona by sharing guidance from Senate President Warren Petersen: “Arizona – File Your State Taxes w/ Confidence By Senate President @votewarren Petersen Over the past few weeks, we’ve heard from a number of people asking the same question. Should I wait to file my state taxes, or go ahead and file now? The answer is simple. Go ahead and file.” (March 27, 2026).
Rogers succeeded Theresa Hatathlie as senator for Arizona’s 7th district following her election in 2023.
