Wendy Rogers, a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 representing the state’s 7th Senate District, posted a series of tweets on December 15, 2025, addressing law enforcement actions and referencing California.

In her first tweet at 03:46 UTC, Rogers commented on police response timing: “… AFTER which point the police finally acquired their nerve to defend.”

Later that morning at 05:48 UTC, she posted another brief message: “Truckloads.”

A few minutes after that, at 05:52 UTC, Rogers added a third tweet stating: “Crooked California.”

Rogers succeeded Theresa Hatathlie as state senator for Arizona’s 7th district following her election in 2023.
