Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers announced the passage of several legislative measures she sponsored, highlighting government accountability, property rights, and support for military excellence in a series of tweets posted on April 14, 2026.
On April 14, 2026, Rogers wrote, “Arizona Senate just passed my SB1071 repealing the Arizona Rangers and strengthening oversight. Government accountability wins again.” She followed this by stating, “Big win for property owners. The Arizona Senate passed my SB1426 protecting Arizonans from unlawful occupants and squatters.” In a subsequent post the same day, Rogers added, “Proud to champion America First military excellence right here in the Arizona Senate. Our service members and veterans deserve the best.”
Wendy Rogers is a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 to represent the state’s 7th Senate District. She succeeded Theresa Hatathlie in this role.
