Wendy Rogers, a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 representing the state’s 7th Senate District, has recently highlighted legislative initiatives on infrastructure and veterans’ health care through her social media posts.
On February 8, 2026, Rogers announced progress on state bill SB1154, stating “Thrilled to see my SB1154 move ahead to fund essential repairs on Highway 64, making travel to the Grand Canyon safer for everyone.”
In another post on the same day, she addressed veteran health care and alternative treatments for PTSD: “As a veteran, I’m battling for our heroes with hyperbaric oxygen treatments for PTSD instead of Big Pharma drugs, even if Democrats refuse to support it.”
Rogers also shared news about funding improvements in Flagstaff: “Great news as SB1064 allocates $3 million to upgrade West Route 66 in Flagstaff, leveraging federal funds to reduce crashes and boost safety.” This statement points toward ongoing efforts to secure both state and federal resources for transportation safety projects.
Rogers succeeded Theresa Hatathlie after her election in 2023. As senator for Arizona’s 7th district, she has focused part of her legislative agenda on public infrastructure upgrades and veterans’ issues.
