Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers, a Republican representing the 7th Senate District, recently used her social media platform to announce legislative developments and express support for new state measures.

On April 1, 2026, Rogers posted a brief message on X: “Get ready. https://t.co/HitdDwbuV7”.

The following day, she highlighted the progress of legislation aimed at restricting financial services for undocumented immigrants. In her post dated April 2, 2026, Rogers wrote: “Arizona Senator Wendy Rogers’ Bill Restricting Financial Services For Illegal Immigrants Clears House Panel / Fresh Today / https://t.co/d4ZifXXR3G – CU Today https://t.co/yUnFn9Dksh”.

Later that same day, Rogers expressed pride in sponsoring Senate Bill 1042 with another post: “Proud to carry SB1042! https://t.co/9hoWtbgurm”.

Rogers was elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 to represent the state’s 7th Senate District, succeeding Theresa Hatathlie. She has since been an advocate for several pieces of legislation addressing immigration and state policy.
