Wendy Rogers, a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 representing the state’s 7th Senate District, posted several statements on her Twitter account in early January 2026 addressing Second Amendment rights and priorities.

On January 2, 2026, Rogers referenced Air Force Colonel Rob Maness in a post: “Air Force Colonel @RobManess speaks for me.”

The following day, she made a direct statement about gun rights: “It’s the SECOND AMENDMENT, stupid!” On the same day, she also posted: “Priority #1 “
