Wendy Rogers, a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 representing the state’s 7th Senate District, posted several comments on her Twitter account on September 20, 2025, addressing issues ranging from legislative leadership to Title IX and women’s sports.

In one post published at 03:28 UTC, Rogers commented on actions taken within the Arizona Senate, stating, “Leadership cracked down on this at the Arizona Senate and it DID WONDERS… especially with the rabid Phoenix press.”

Shortly after, at 03:29 UTC, she referenced former President Donald Trump by posting “#TrumpEffect”.

Later that morning at 03:39 UTC, Rogers addressed women’s sports and Title IX legislation. She wrote: “We must protect America’s daughters. I was privileged to finally play women’s varsity sports when Title IX came out… my last year of high school & all of college. I had no idea Title IX was coming, but when it did, it was such a blessing because I had played sports in my”.

Rogers began serving as state senator for Arizona’s 7th District after her election in 2023, succeeding Theresa Hatathlie. Her tenure has included vocal positions on state governance and national issues affecting women’s athletics.
