Wendy Rogers, a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 representing the state’s 7th Senate District, posted a series of statements on her social media account criticizing photo radar cameras and referencing pharmaceutical companies.

On September 26, 2025, Rogers wrote, “The cameras are a SCAM. I am leading the legislation to enable our voters to rid Arizona of Photo Radar!” On the same day, she followed up with another post stating, “Dirty, Filthy Dirty.”

The following day, September 27, 2025, Rogers posted a message referencing the pharmaceutical industry: “#BigPharma”.

Rogers began serving in the Arizona State Senate after being elected in 2023 and succeeded Theresa Hatathlie as senator for District 7. Her recent posts reflect ongoing debates within Arizona regarding traffic enforcement technologies and skepticism toward major pharmaceutical companies.
