Wendy Rogers, Arizona State Senator representing the 7th Senate District since 2023, has recently made several public statements on her social media platform regarding immigration policy and law enforcement practices in Arizona.

On February 3, 2026, Rogers posted a message critical of federal and state leadership on border security. She stated: “Biden broke the border. Hobbs protects illegals. I’m fighting to cut their benefits, force enforcement, and put Arizona first. The Left is furious. Help me win this fight – give $10, $25, or $100 now to help me keep delivering.”

Later that day, Rogers commented on local law enforcement technology in Paradise Valley: “Photo Radar is a SCAM, especially in Paradise Valley AZ. Period.” This statement addresses concerns about automated traffic enforcement systems used in certain Arizona municipalities.

In another post dated February 3, 2026, Rogers referenced proposed legislation impacting asylum seekers: “#SB1522 If you are an “asylum-seeking” immigrant, you CANNOT DRAW STATE BENEFITS until your asylum is granted.”

Rogers succeeded Theresa Hatathlie as senator for Arizona’s 7th district following her election in 2023 as a member of the Republican Party.
