Wendy Rogers, a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 representing the state’s 7th Senate District, recently shared a series of statements on her social media account. The posts touched on topics ranging from international organizations to European affairs and military advisory committees.
On September 23, 2025, Rogers commented on the United Nations with the statement: “In other words, ‘Your UN building lease is up!’”.
Later that day, she posted another message directed at European audiences: “Wake up, Europe!”.
Shortly after, Rogers addressed changes within a U.S. Department of Defense advisory committee: “DACOWITS has swung left ever since I was on active duty.”
Rogers began serving in the Arizona State Senate in 2023 after replacing former senator Theresa Hatathlie. She has previously served in the military and often references her experience when commenting on defense-related issues.
