Wendy Rogers, a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 to represent the state’s 7th Senate District, posted a series of statements on her X account on September 15 and 16, 2025. The posts address topics related to military focus and entitlement.

On September 15, Rogers commented on a shift in priorities with the statement: “Back to warfighting instead of style-seeking. Refreshing.” Later that day, she questioned attitudes of entitlement by posting: “Demand?! The apple of entitlement doesn’t fall far from the tree.”

The following day, Rogers expressed strong approval for combat effectiveness with the message: “% lethality”.

Rogers began serving as state senator for Arizona’s 7th District after being elected in 2023, succeeding Theresa Hatathlie.
