Wendy Rogers, a Republican member of the Arizona State Senate representing the 7th district since 2023, published several posts on her social media account on December 12, 2025, expressing support for individuals involved in recent legal and political controversies.

In one post from December 12, Rogers called for action regarding a high-profile legal case in Colorado: “The governor of Colorado must release her today! Free Tina Peters!”

Later that day, she posted another brief message: “Benefict Kelly.”
