Wendy Rogers, a Republican and Arizona State Senator representing the 7th Senate District since 2023, has recently posted several statements on her Twitter account addressing state politics and legislative proposals.

On January 6, 2026, Rogers wrote: “Bear down on the AZ Executive branch; it’s what we CONSTANTLY have to do.”

Later that evening, on January 7, she followed up with another post: “In due time.”

Shortly after, Rogers referenced a legislative initiative in a tweet stating: “Just like my proposed Trump Highway for AZ State Route 260!” This message highlights her support for renaming Arizona State Route 260 after former President Donald Trump.

Rogers began serving as state senator for Arizona’s 7th Senate District in 2023. She succeeded Theresa Hatathlie in this role.
