Wendy Rogers, a Republican elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 representing the state’s 7th Senate District, has recently shared several updates on her official X account regarding government operations and election legislation.

On February 5, 2026, Rogers posted: “Longstanding senior government executives are the most entrenched and institutionalized… many to our detriment.”

Later that day, she announced her sponsorship of new election-related legislation. On February 5, 2026, she wrote: “Honored to sponsor the SB 1425 mirror bill equivalent, which will move Arizona’s primary up to 21 July and stipulates mandatory observers during the primary in all counties among other fixes. Full bipartisan support. #ElectionIntegrity”

In another post on February 5, 2026, Rogers acknowledged members of the press for their engagement with rural communities: “It means a lot that Doug Bauer @AZDailySun & Lisa Simpson https://t.co/b8fsth2exM journeyed to the Capitol to see how I represent rural Arizona. Getting the word out to my rural constituents is SO important and appreciated!”

Rogers succeeded Theresa Hatathlie as state senator for Arizona’s 7th district after being elected in 2023.
