Wendy Rogers, a Republican serving as the Arizona State Senator for the 7th District since 2023, announced on March 10, 2026, that the Arizona Senate has passed her bill aimed at strengthening private property rights.

In a post dated March 10, 2026, Rogers stated: “Proud to announce the Arizona Senate passed my SB1426 strengthening private property rights against unlawful occupants. Homeowners deserve real protection. https://t.co/nOcmFJnoZ9”.

Rogers was elected to the Arizona State Senate in 2023 and represents the state’s 7th Senate District, succeeding Theresa Hatathlie.
