This year’s Thanksgiving Dinner Giveaway is scheduled for Tuesday, November 25, 2025. The event comes at a time when the community faces increased hardship due to a government shutdown and the suspension of SNAP benefits.

Organizers note that many families are experiencing significant challenges as a result of these circumstances. The church leading the event aims to provide turkeys and complete Thanksgiving meals to all attendees.

“Our goal is to give away turkeys and full Thanksgiving meals to everyone who attends the giveaway,” organizers stated.

The initiative is described as an opportunity for the church community to support those in need during a difficult period.
