Tenacious Grace joins Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce with ribbon cutting

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on January 14 for Tenacious Grace, a nonprofit organization in Florence. The event marked Tenacious Grace’s membership with the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce.

Tenacious Grace operates Five Sparrows, a free, faith-based residential recovery program that lasts between 18 and 24 months. The program is designed for women who have survived violence, trauma, substance use disorder, financial hardship, or sexual exploitation. Residents in the program receive medical care, counseling, job training, spiritual growth opportunities, relational support, recovery services, employment assistance, and accountability at no cost.

The Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce supports local businesses in Florence by providing resources and organizing networking events to encourage economic growth and community involvement. The organization also promotes tourism and highlights area attractions for visitors according to its official website. In addition to supporting businesses through education and advocacy efforts, the Chamber maintains offices at 100 West 1st South Street in Florence.
