The Arizona Department of Revenue has announced that its Customer Care center will offer extended hours to better assist individual taxpayers during the remaining tax season, starting on March 31, 2025. These extended hours are part of the department's continuing efforts to support state taxpayers.

Normal business hours for the call center are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, the extended hours will begin from March 31 to April 4, with services available from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. On Saturday, April 5, the call center will be open from 8 a.m. to noon. The following week, from April 7 to April 11, the call center will again operate from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. On Saturday, April 12, taxpayers can call between 8 a.m. and noon.

The call center can be contacted by local Phoenix residents at 602-255-3381. Those calling from international locations or from within area codes 520 and 928 can use the toll-free number 800-352-4090.

Business taxpayers are advised that extended hours are not available to them. They can seek assistance during the regular business hours or through general guidance provided via Live Chat.
