Meetings
Pursuant to Open Meeting Law, the Board of Supervisors and Board of Directors Regular Session Meetings, Special Session Meetings, and Work Session Meetings are normally held on selected Wednesdays at 9:30 am unless otherwise stated. Pursuant to 38-431.02 D, in case of an actual emergency, Emergency Meetings shall be held.

Board of Supervisors and Board of Directors agenda items are due in the Clerk of the Board Office on Friday, 5 pm (no exception) Twelve (12) Days prior to the Meeting.

Agendas are normally available the Friday prior to each of the above-scheduled meetings.

Call to Public
Consideration and discussion of comments from the public. Anyone wishing to address the Board may attend any of the upcoming Regular Board meetings and address the Board during the "Call to Public" at 9:30 am. As a reminder, you will have three minutes during the "Call to Public" portion of the meeting which is reserved exclusively for comments from the public and not for an immediate reply from the Board. However, during the "Call to Public" the Board may direct staff to study the matter for further consideration and decision at a later meeting.
