Arizona Department of Transportation issued the following announcement on Nov. 9.
Drivers who use northbound Ellsworth Road at the intersection with State Route 24 (Gateway Freeway) in Mesa should expect daily restrictions over the next several weeks for construction work.
Northbound Ellsworth Road been narrowed to one lane at SR 24 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and last through early December. The restriction started Monday, Nov. 8.
Motorists should use caution and be prepared to slow down and merge safely when approaching and traveling through any work zones.
