SPC Credit Union has announced the launch of a new program aimed at first-time homebuyers. The initiative is an eight-month workshop series intended to provide participants with essential knowledge and skills for purchasing their first home. Sessions will be led by SPC Credit Union’s local lending team and are scheduled for the second Monday of each month from February through September. The workshops will be held at the Butler Heritage Foundation Auditorium in Hartsville.
Participation is open to both members and non-members of SPC Credit Union, with class sizes limited to 20 people. There is a $25 registration fee, which will go toward supporting the SPC Cares Foundation’s Down Payment Assistance Fund.

Class size is limited to 20, so early registration is encouraged! You do NOT have to be an SPC Member to participate. There is a $25 registration fee that participants are required to pay.
