Sanctuary Cottages at Twin Church has officially joined the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce, marking the occasion with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by owner Jonathan Chandler, his family, Steven Forester, and employees.

Located at 1999 Twin Church Rd. in Florence, South Carolina, Sanctuary Cottages is a gated community offering single-level townhomes with private courtyards. The homeowners association manages exterior maintenance such as mowing, mulching, trimming, and provides 24-hour guard gate access. Planned amenities include a clubhouse and dog park.

The community is situated in West Florence near the Strawberry Patch. The neighborhood is experiencing growth, with future developments including a Publix grocery store and an MUSC Urgent Care Center nearby. Residents are also within walking distance of the Florence Rail Trail.

Jonathan Chandler said: “Here at Sanctuary Cottages, they strive to provide a lifestyle where you can find peace in every step and unwind in serenity.”

The area features ponds and fountains that attract local wildlife, creating a scenic environment for residents.
